Who is responsible

Amana71, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything on this page, including a request to delete your data, write to contact@amana71.ae.

What we collect, and only when you give it

The demo request form asks for your email address, which is required, and your name, WhatsApp number and company name, which are not. That is everything. We collect nothing automatically: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts, and does not track you between visits or across other sites. Our host keeps ordinary server request logs, which include IP addresses, briefly, for security and debugging.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, to send you the readiness report you asked for, and to contact you about Amana71 because you asked us to. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form and may withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use it to build a profile of you or to make any automated decision about you.

Where it is stored, and who processes it

Being specific here matters more than sounding reassuring, so these are the actual services and regions in use today:

So your details leave the UAE and are processed outside it. We would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise, and moving this data into the UAE region is work we have planned. If that matters to you before you share anything, email us instead of using the form and we will work out what suits you.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after our last contact, whichever comes first. If you tell us you are not interested, we keep only the minimum needed to avoid contacting you again.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@amana71.ae and we will act within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

Changes to this notice

If what we collect, where we store it, or who processes it changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated. We will not quietly broaden what we do with data you have already given us.
